Collaborate with government agencies, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure transport systems are efficient, inclusive, and future-ready. Translate complex analysis into clear reports, visualisations, and actionable recommendations. Advise on policies to reduce private vehicle dependence, improve connectivity, and minimise environmental impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Urban or Transport Planning (Master’s preferred). 7-10 years of professional experience in transport planning and traffic engineering. Strong expertise in transport modelling, data analysis, and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS). Proven project management skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with road safety principles, quality assurance processes, and technical report preparation. Professional membership (CIHT, ICE, TPS) or chartership preferred. Familiarity with advanced transport modelling tools (VISUM, Synchro, SIDRA, EMME, HCS) to support evidence-based planning and scenario testing is a plus. Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the region, and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
