Lead and manage Truckload (FTL) and Intermodal (IMD) operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service reliability. Focus on initial process creation/SOPs for new NA Transportation Ops Team, internal and with new RMS counterparts Lead for TL mode of transportation. Responsible for managing cost and spot market usage KPI / Metrics Performance Leader. Responsible for weekly root causal and corrective action reporting Long term Continuous Improvement focus 5+ years of experience in North American transportation, with expertise in Truckload and Intermodal operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making and performance management. Proven track record of improving carrier performance and driving cost efficiency through metrics and KPIs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to lead with transparency, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
