PSI is seeking to hire a Senior Transportation Engineer with knowledge and experience in traffic engineering and design. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience performing traffic engineering related tasks, and a STEM degree. This position allows for exposure to multiple disciplines within transportation engineering, including both design and analysis work and seeing projects’ development from the concept to the final design.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or other related STEM fields
  • 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience within transportation/traffic/roadway
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • P.E License
  • Experience using MicroStation, AutoCAD, Synchro, and/or Vissim
  • M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Production of transportation design plans, specifications, and estimate packages. Disciplines may include temporary traffic control, traffic signals, utilities, signing, pavement marking, roadways, and lighting networks.
