KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in leisure travel sales or holiday planning
  • In-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and travel CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
  • Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To design, sell, and manage customized holiday packages for individual and group clients, while mentoring junior consultants and driving sales targets. The Senior Leisure Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business, and staying updated with destination knowledge and travel trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand client preferences and budget to design personalized domestic and international holiday packages
  • Prepare detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance
  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including booking, invoicing, visa documentation, and customer support
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Close sales and achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain relationships with DMCs, suppliers, and airline partners
  • Stay up to date with tourism trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge
  • Supervise and guide junior consultants or travel executives
  • Resolve client concerns or post-travel issues with professionalism
  • Represent the company in travel trade shows or promotional events (if required)
