JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our Friendly team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using booking systems and travel-related software.
• A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
• Outgoing personality
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: From £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 14 – 35 per week

Experience:

• Travel Agency: 2 years (required)

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests and needs
• Book flights, package holidays, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create Social Media posts to generate sales and create client leads
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, industry news, and promotional offers.
• Handle any all administration and after sales queries
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
