Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Atlas Copco, your key objective is to enhance the financial strategies of the Atlas Copco Group by delivering exceptional financial solutions to our stakeholders. You will be playing an essential role in supporting the treasury back office, which is committed to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all financial transactions, aligning with our vision to be recognized as the foremost finance partner among our stakeholders for quality, innovation, and teamwork.In this position, you will report directly to the Treasury Manager and take ownership of various responsibilities that are vital to our operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting diligent daily reconciliations of cash, bank, and ledger accounts to maintain precise and current records of financial transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies swiftly to uphold data integrity.
  • Executing settlement processes for various financial instruments while ensuring compliance with all settlement deadlines.
  • Processing manual payments, including urgent and high-value transactions, while independently verifying payment details for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Overseeing and facilitating intercompany netting and internal bank settlements processes to optimize resource allocations within the organization.
  • Providing responsive support as our netting center for intercompany inquiries and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Managing in-house bank movements effectively to ensure efficient internal fund transfers in adherence to company policies.
  • Maintaining and updating static data relevant to treasury activities with accuracy in terms of counterparty details, bank account specifics, and system parameters.
  • Taking accountability for managing CSA requirements and addressing margin calls promptly in a professional manner, which directly supports our financial goals.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a medium to large-sized multinational corporation. Specific qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, to analyze financial data effectively.
  • Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and familiarity with banking platforms.
  • Understanding of cash management procedures and in-house banking frameworks is essential.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT payment processes and how they integrate into financial operations.
  • Familiarity with financial services, banking operations, or corporate treasury processes is a plus.
  • Experience in executing settlement processes for various financial instruments while adhering to regulatory requirements and timelines
