ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Treasury Accounting and Operations Manager, the purpose of the Senior Treasury Analyst is to manage InfraBuild’s liquidity, cashflow forecasting and financial risk management. You will achieve this by providing timely, accurate and reliable financial forecasts and actionable analysis to the leaders, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities (and risks), and by working closely with the business finance teams to understand exposures and cashflows.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the Group 16-week cash flow forecast and preparation of the weekly and monthly liquidity reporting to CFO and CEO
- Undertake variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy
- Lead forecast review sessions with the operating business finance teams to understand cash flow risks and opportunities
- Manage group liquidity, ensuring efficient short-term cash management
- Prepare and deliver concise, clear presentations to management
- Execute approved financial markets transactions, including accurate and timely reporting within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Act as the first point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitor currency markets and provide insight to management on FX risks and opportunities
- Prepare and support month end FX reporting and hedge accounting processes; prepare FX exposure reports and track hedge performance
- Support the analysis and development of the Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy thresholds

Skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools is essential, along with familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg and Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Understanding of foreign exchange markets, and instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and succinctly
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to identify financial issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations to senior management
