QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting OR a combination of CTP certification and corporate treasury experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • An ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations
  • Ability to anticipate obstacles and plan accordingly
  • Adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and distribute weekly short-term cash flow forecast with an analysis of changes
  • Analyze transactional details and work cross-functionally to adjust cash flow forecast to recognize seasonality and other trends
  • Liaise with global banking partners to administer system entitlements and to manage bank accounts, KYC, and related services
  • Provide ownership over the company’s risk management portfolio by completing annual insurance renewals, tracking surety bonds and COIs and providing on-going support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc debt reporting files and serve as point of contact for any debt-related audit requests
  • Mentor peers through training on treasury technology, alternative payments, and current fraud prevention methodologies Maintain the internal control reporting related to the bank account master and bank account access
