An exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Assistant in our Outsourcing team! The WTW Outsourcing business provides high-quality outsourced defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) plan administration services and solutions globally to the private sector, covering the day-to-day management of pension plans. Qualified Accountant.

Responsibilities
  • Approval and oversight of cash management for a MiFID regulated conglomerate bank account.
  • Daily review of MiFID Conglomerate account reconciliations.
  • Central point of contact for external and internal audits.
  • Ensure all regulatory documents are kept up to date.
  • Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
  • On an on-going basis be the principal contact for Central Bank.
  • Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor own workflow and that of junior associates to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Take the lead in more complex/project work when required.
  • Build and maintain technical procedures and client knowledge through experience.
  • Work to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs e.g. automation, full use of standard procedures.
  • Reviewing monthly billing on Oracle.
  • Resolving billing issues promptly and escalating issues where required.
  • Assisting with billing analysis.
  • Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas and solutions.
  • Contribute to associate training and development.
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings and daily team huddles.
  • Develop good written communication skills to deal with more complex queries and requests.
  • Ensure all communications are dealt with within defined quality and service standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all work in time recording system.
  • Display good time management skills and demonstrate ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Demonstrate commitment by ensuring that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Input into MIS and reporting as required.
  • Meeting agreed service standards and adherence to internal procedures to provide a consistent and proactive client service to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring that we comply with all Pension Act and the Central Bank of Ireland compliance requirements.
  • Participate in training programmes.
