OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Management Operations Support Specialist to join our Treasury Management team. In this role, you will support business clients by resolving complex operational issues, mentoring junior associates, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our Treasury products and services while upholding the highest standards of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep knowledge of Treasury Management systems and products, such as:
  • ACH Origination
  • Wire Transfers
  • Positive Pay
  • Sweeps & ZBAs
  • Business Online Banking Platforms
  • SFTP File Transfers
  • Treasury Payment File Processing
  • Experience supporting clients in a Treasury Management or commercial banking environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret account structures, pricing models, and product performance.
  • Familiarity with deposit operations and Treasury product implementation processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum of 4 days on-site in El Segundo, CA, with 1 remote workday per week.
  • Education: Vocational, technical, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years required in a Treasury or related banking operations role; 5+ years strongly preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary office work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Treasury Management operations, products, and systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain team processing and tracking logs to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on systems, processes, and client service best practices.
  • Utilize commercial banking knowledge to solve complex operational challenges with minimal predefined solutions.
  • Explain product pricing structures, fee schedules, earnings credit rates (ECR), and compensating balances to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Evaluate client account structures and recommend appropriate Treasury Management solutions, ensuring accurate billing setup and ongoing management.
  • Accurately document client requests, service changes, and escalations; ensure timely processing within SLA guidelines.
  • Provide expert assistance for business clients using advanced Business Online Banking features and transaction processing tools.
  • Respond to general banking inquiries and resolve client complaints in accordance with bank procedures and timelines.
  • Uphold all internal policies, Treasury Operations procedures, and applicable banking regulations to mitigate risk and maintain full compliance.
