As a Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d), you will take a leading role in secure financing, liquidity planning, financial risk management and executing our strategic agenda for FlixTrain as a part of the Group Treasury Team. With your expertise in financing and relevant treasury operations, you will drive impactful projects that shape the company’s financial future. • Ensure the smooth running of our daily treasury operations by managing cash positioning and short-term liquidity forecasts, supporting long-term funding and cash-flow plans, and overseeing payment processes
• Assess, manage and execute treasury risks such as interest rates, commodities or FX exposures, ensuring financial stability even in vital markets
• Forecast, improve transparency, and drive automation to our treasury processes. Bring fresh ideas that take our treasury processes to the next level: more efficient, more scalable, and more reliable
• Oversee and manage all reporting obligations, covenant monitoring, and day-to-day interactions with our financing partners ensuring transparency, trust, and compliance
• Safeguard the execution and settlement of payments, manage bank accounts, and ensure adherence to internal policies and controls
• Manage our relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders – ensuring transparency and trust in daily interactions – while shaping banking strategy, strengthening financing partnerships, and securing sustainable access to liquidity
• Provide support to the business and finance teams with your treasury expertise, helping them solve operational challenges and secure financial flexibility
