Key Responsibilities: Patient Engagement & Care:
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
- Educate patients about treatment options and coordinate care plans, ensuring clear communication and understanding of procedures.
- Guide patients through the treatment process, from scheduling appointments to providing financial estimates and follow-up care.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager.
- Proven track record in a leadership role, managing dental office operations, scheduling, billing, and team coordination.
- Experience with Dentrix s is a must.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment options.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, claims submission, and the ability to effectively discuss insurance coverage with patients.
- Up-to-date with HIPAA compliance, OSHA regulations, and best practices in dental office administration.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff, and external partners.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively educate and support patients.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a patient-first mindset and the ability to resolve concerns with empathy and tact.
- Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement in the practice.
