Key Responsibilities: Patient Engagement & Care:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Educate patients about treatment options and coordinate care plans, ensuring clear communication and understanding of procedures.
  • Guide patients through the treatment process, from scheduling appointments to providing financial estimates and follow-up care.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager.
  • Proven track record in a leadership role, managing dental office operations, scheduling, billing, and team coordination.
  • Experience with Dentrix s is a must.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment options.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, claims submission, and the ability to effectively discuss insurance coverage with patients.
  • Up-to-date with HIPAA compliance, OSHA regulations, and best practices in dental office administration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff, and external partners.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively educate and support patients.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a patient-first mindset and the ability to resolve concerns with empathy and tact.
