We specialise in field trials, soil sampling, and environmental monitoring, supporting farmers and research partners with reliable, data-driven insights.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Trials Officer to join our expanding team at our site in Woodstock. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, practically minded professional to take the next step in their career within a highly respected trials organisation.

• Plan and deliver high-quality trials across various crops and trial types, following ORETO standards and protocols.
• Lead or support site selection, drilling, spraying, data collection, and harvesting.
• Conduct assessments including plant counts, pest/disease ID, and crop health monitoring.
• Operate and maintain trial equipment (e.g. plot combines, sprayers), manage inputs and sample logistics, and support fleet compliance.
• Oversee soil and environmental sampling, including SMN testing and porous pot installations.
• Ensure accurate data capture, report updates, and safe working practices.
• Mentor junior staff and help maintain high technical standards.
