SENIOR TRUST ACCOUNT MANAGER – PRIMARY SCHOOL CLUSTER

Salary: STCAT Scale Points 24–28
Hours: 37 per week, full-time, permanent
Location: Covering 4 primary schools in Buckinghamshire (mainly Aylesbury) with occasional travel
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager or Finance Officer looking for the next step in their career to join our growing Trust. You’ll be supporting Headteachers with budget management, management accounts, and delivering exceptional financial services.

Reporting to the CFOO and working closely with the Central Finance Team, you will:

• Produce monthly management accounts and budget variance reports
• Support Headteachers in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Process payroll changes, reconcile monthly payroll, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage purchase card transactions, invoices, and local income postings
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Assist with audits, year-end tasks, and grant applications
• Provide finance system training to budget holders
• Ensure compliance with the Trust’s financial procedures and policies
