Our Mission: We will use our expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to: Nurture future leaders through a supportive, challenging, and enjoyable work environment Provide the highest quality professional services to our clients Utilize our outstanding team and maximize their effectiveness by promoting a healthy balance between work and daily life Work with clients and team members to accomplish their desired results Responsibilities Prepare and review fiduciary income tax returns Prepare and review complex estate tax returns and related schedules Prepare and review complex gift tax returns and related schedules Research and stay up-to-date on federal and state estate tax laws and regulations Advise clients on estate planning strategies to minimize estate tax liability Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals involved in estate planning Train and mentor junior staff members Manager probate and other estate administration processes What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field CPA certification required 5 years of experience in estate and fiduciary tax accounting Strong understanding of estate tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and analytical skills Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a team player Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to make informed decisions and stay organized with a keen attention to detail Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under pressure High level of professionalism Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information Ability to adapt to specialized tax and accounting software The perks!
