About you and the role: As a Senior TS&D Specialist based in Navi Mumbai You are expected to drive the growth of Dow Packaging and Specialty Plastics (P&SP) business mainly in Infrastructure, consumer, Transpiration and Wire & Cable segments focusing on Polyolefin Elastomers (POE), EPDM and functional polymer products to drive application development and grow the innovation pipeline and develop new technology platforms by offering differentiated solutions to maximize value for customers. The responsibilities include building technical relationships, identifying growth opportunities at customers, conducting successful trials, and technically qualifying Dow products at external partners and customers Key Responsibilities Develop and implement technical solutions for customers in the Polyolefin Elastomers and Wire & Cable segments and rubber compounding. Provide technical support for product development, troubleshooting, and application development. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Lead technical discussions, training sessions, and workshops for customers Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation. Qualifications Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, Material Science. PhD is preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Polyolefin Elastomers, Wire & Cable, and rubber compounding industries. Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in product development and application support. Your Skills Excellent communication Problem-solving ability Project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
