JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Math, Physics or Chemistry Tutor to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has been tutoring for 3-5 years and is passionate about motivating students and looking to build a long-term career in the tuition industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working Hours: Wed - Fri 12-9pm Sat-Sun 9-6pm
• Private tutoring during undergrad years & a local bachelor’s degree
• A genuine passion for teaching with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for student outcomes and timely communication with parents.
• Looking for a long-term career in the tuition industry and eager to take on additional responsibilities and grow professionally within the company.

• Conducting classes for S1/Y1 through to S4/Y4
• Familiarising with the centre’s material and conducting classes according to the centre’s pedagogy
• Develop explanatory videos with potential questions and the centre’s way of explaining concepts to tutee.
• Marking of tutee’s work to familiarise with tutee’s level of learning and the school’s difficulty level
• Evaluate tutee performance and provide timely feedback to the parents
