ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior UI Designe r at CommSec, you will drive and apply our design language across various digital channels and platforms. You’ll be collaborating daily with our engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to champion the CommSec design system across beautifully crafted and seamless experiences. You’ll likely have a strong background in UI or product design, working in an agile environment.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Creating detailed user interfaces for experiences across our various digital platforms and channels.
• Provide guidance, advocate, and actively contribute to the CommSec design language and design system.
• Conceptualise and apply systems thinking which shapes offerings that anticipates the needs of our customers in our identified problem space.
• Create prototypes and provide visual storytelling to influence future direction of our experiences.
• Create design documentation to be consumed by delivery teams in a scaled agile working environment.
• Facilitate and participate in design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies, maintaining feedback according to our design standards.
• Collaborate closely across a diverse range of stakeholders with varying levels of seniority and backgrounds across the agile lifecycle.
