Job Description Responsibilities Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth Qualifications Requirements 5+ years of UI design experience Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI work Proficiency in Figma Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Nice to have AI design experience Experience in branding Experience in the financial and healthcare sectors Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development Additional Information Why Appic?
