As part of our clients team, you'll work alongside their UX designers, strategists and technologists to bring ideas to life and create digital experiences that look great, work beautifully and deliver results.

Ideally you will have experience working in superannuation and/or fintech, so you can hit the ground running and understand the customers, products and challenges you're designing for.

This is a 5-day per week engagement, with 3 days working out of our clients office in Melbourne CBD.

  • What you’ll be doing:You will be fully embedded in our clients team, working closely with UX designers to bring concepts, ideas and customer journeys to life through high-quality UI design

You are:

A team player. We genuinely believe the best work comes from collaboration. You'll share ideas, listen to others, give and receive feedback and know that it's not about whose idea wins, it's about getting to the best outcome.A great communicator. You'll be comfortable talking through your thinking with clients, customers, designers, developers and other stakeholders. You can make complex ideas easy to understand.A problem solver. You'll look beyond the brief, ask questions and understand the problem we're actually trying to solve.Comfortable with ambiguity. You won't need everything mapped out for you. You'll be happy to work things out, take ownership and move things forward.Pragmatic. You care about exceptional design, but you understand the realities of technology, timelines, budgets and commercial priorities. You'll know when to push for quality and when to find a smart compromise.Confident, not precious. You'll have an opinion and be comfortable challenging ideas constructively, but you'll also be open to feedback and willing to change your mind when the evidence points elsewhere.Fast-moving. You'll be comfortable juggling priorities, making decisions and getting things done without sacrificing the quality of your work.A go-getter. You'll be proactive, curious and willing to get stuck in. You won't wait around for someone to tell you what to do.Detail-oriented. You'll have a high bar for craft and notice the things others might miss, while keeping sight of the bigger customer and business outcome.A good human. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. You'll be kind, approachable, able to have a laugh and someone your teammates enjoy having around.

Your existing experience:

This is a chance to step into a talented team, work across interesting challenges and make your mark over six months. If you’re ready to get stuck in, have an opinion, do great work and have a bit of fun along the way, apply and tell us why you’d be a good fit.
