Drive UI strategy, component architecture, performance optimizations, and best practices. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate microservice-based architectures in GCP with secure communication. Provide technical leadership in frontend engineering, coding standards, and design patterns. Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and technical guidance. Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning and architecture discussions. Drive CI/CD pipelines for UI apps on cloud-native platforms. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Stay current with frontend, cloud-native, and DevOps technologies. Design scalable, performant solutions for user stories. Write unit/integration tests using TDD/BDD. Ensure observability with logging, metrics, and monitoring. Follow SOLID principles and clean code practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams. Your skills and experience Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years in developing enterprise-scale React apps. Strong in React (hooks, Redux/Context), REST API consumption, and async data handling. Proven experience leading frontend architecture with microservice backends. Expertise in performance optimization, responsive UI, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Solid understanding of microservices and containerized backends. Hands-on with GCP: Pub/Sub, storage, networking, security, and CI/CD for UI. Proficient in RESTful API integration, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO. Familiar with IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible. Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and scalable UI design patterns. Experienced in TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipelines. Skilled with SDLC tools: Git, JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot for backend collaboration. Strong communication and leadership skills. Working knowledge of SQL and database modelling. Excellent debugging and problem-solving in distributed systems. Promotes engineering best practices and continuous learning.
