About the Role As a Senior UI Path Developer , your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement innovative automation workflows using the UI Path platform.
You’ll play a key role in delivering scalable and reliable automation solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
This remote opportunity is open to professionals located in LATAM with intermediate to advanced English proficiency to collaborate with global teams.
What Are We Looking For?
Job Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years specifically using UI Path .
Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-grade automation solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in UI Path Studio , Orchestrator , and UI Path Assistant .
Strong programming skills in languages like C# , VB.NET , Python , or JavaScript .
Experience with API integration , SQL databases , and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Certifications: UI Path Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory).
Certifications in Process Mining, AI Center, or other UI Path tools (Preferred).
Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Development: Analyze business requirements, create scalable automation workflows, and ensure optimal performance and security.
Project Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), and implement end-to-end solutions.
Quality Assurance: Establish best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UI Path updates, industry trends, and propose innovative automation solutions.
