QUALIFICATIONS THAT INSPIRE US

• You have sound experience in the field of UI/UX design - ideally in the energy industry.
• Deep understanding of human-centred design, usability heuristics, user research and common UX methods.
• Ideally, you already have experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Axure), user testing and design systems as well as experience with agile methods such as Scrum.
• You have strong communication skills, are a coach and team player and are a role model with your hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy working in German and English-speaking international teams.
