YOUR CHALLENGE

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Hubject, you will thrive in complexity and bring clarity through thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for driving user-centered design in cross-functional teams, leading research and strategic design efforts across products, and championing our design culture.
This role is not just about visual aesthetics—it’s about solving deep user problems, navigating system-level challenges, and integrating design seamlessly into Agile/SAFe product development. You’ll be instrumental in guiding the transition from isolated feature thinking to holistic, system-wide design approaches.
You’ll be joining a cross-functional product development team of 6 and will report directly to the Head of Product Development. Together, you will drive a strong design culture that supports innovation and user advocacy at every stage of the development lifecycle.

• Lead end-to-end design—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Turn user insights (qual + quant) into clear, actionable design direction.
• Solve complex UX challenges with clean, intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes that speak for themselves.
• Facilitate workshops that align teams and spark ideas.
• Coach junior designers and interns with feedback, structure, and support.
• Embed design into Agile/SAFe workflows—plan, sprint, iterate, deliver.
• Advocate for user needs across teams—your impact goes beyond the UI.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to ensure final implementation stays true to intent.
