JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior UX/UI Production Designer, you will be instrumental in executing design initiatives that ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across our digital products. Your work will elevate both creative and technical standards, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, software engineers, and designers worldwide—to develop and maintain effective design solutions. Efficient communication, both synchronous and asynchronous, is essential; therefore, advanced proficiency in written and spoken English for technical discussion is required.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Production Designer responsible for building and maintaining ourUX/UI design system, enhancing our Figma component library, and meeting ongoing business production design requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline, and/or a minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX/UI production design, ideally with proven success in global collaborations on significant brands or products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma is mandatory; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Portfolio demonstrates expertise in design components and systems, illustrating consistent quality acrosswireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong collaborative abilities with interdisciplinary teams, proactive issue identification, and the capacity to handle complex requirements efficiently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; substantial technical writing experience is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects

• Develop, extend, and manage design components, systems, and guidelines to guarantee consistency, scalability, and long-term usability across our digital offerings. Figma components must be meticulously organized, clearly labeled, and constructed following industry best practices, ensuring reliability as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on user interfaces for email, web, and mobile platforms, demonstrating efficiency and sound independent judgement.
• Partner with developers and quality assurance to facilitate the seamless integration of designs into the production component library.
• Remain current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our processes, particularly regarding usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
