· 主导产品全流程UI/UX设计，将业务需求按时转化为高保真原型与UI设计稿，确保与产品、研发团队高效协作。 · 对需求的实现进行设计走查，保证实现的准确度。 · 主导UIUX虚拟团队的内部及跨部门的沟通协作，推动设计规范和创新实践等。 · 基于用户反馈，优化产品设计，提升用户体验。 Qualifications · 5年以上UI&UX设计经验，设计/人机交互/计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历（若作品集或项目经验突出，可放宽专业）。 · 主导过至少1个复杂系统的UIUX设计，如多端协同产品、ToB产品从0到1落地、大型系统重构。 · 具备优秀的交互设计能力，并敢于创新。 · 精通UIUX设计工具，如：Figma。 · 至少1年团队管理或虚拟团队协调经验。 · 能流畅使用英文进行工作沟通。加分项： · 具备电力、能源管理等行业的产品设计经验。 · 有3D设计（C4D）经验。 Schedule: Full-time Req: 009IXF
