Job Description We are currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations. EXPERIENCE • 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area • Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization • Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping • Knowledge of Agile software development process • Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50% • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence. 10% • Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design. 10% • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 10% • Knowledge of Agile software development process 20% KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills. • Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies. • Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication. • Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers • Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams • Research, identify and articulate customer needs Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) Additional Information Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks

Responsibilities

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams, while justifying design decisions based on user-centered design methodologies.
