Invest in us and we’ll invest in you! Job Description Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems to support product development. Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop). Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code. Improve user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction. Document design decisions based on business requirements. Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions. Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and design clarity. Qualifications Essential 6+ years’ experience in the applications development lifecycle Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar An online portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles Experience with HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines Familiarity with client-side and server-side JavaScript Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams Effective communication in English, both oral and written Desirable Experience working with AI tools to support the design process Experience creating front-end code and collaborating with development teams Additional Information At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.
