Description

Act as a design coach within the squad, guiding junior designers and developers on UX/UI best practices. Own design delivery timelines and quality standards, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and product expectations. Translate business needs into clear UI/UX requirements during the design phase, collaborating with stakeholders for feasibility. Deliver comprehensive UX/UI documentation, including visual designs, iconography, design assets, and UX specifications aligned with user stories. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field is a must Experienced in UX/UI design with 3-5 years in product design roles. Ability to mentor junior team members and manage design workflows effectively. Fluency in English C1 is a must Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems. Skilled in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
