Learn more at betsol.com Job Description We are seeking a self-starting UX Designer to lead user research and design efforts across our digital platforms. This role supports the modernization and enhancement of existing systems as well as the design and development of new platforms and capabilities. As the UX practitioner, you will have significant ownership, autonomy, and influence—shaping how user-centered design is embedded into our product development process. This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable working independently, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys partnering closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Qualifications 5+ Years of experience in UX design, product design, or related discipline. • Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, including research, interaction design and visual design • Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms • Experience designing or supporting products that incorporate AI driven, automated or intelligent workflows (e.g. agentic AI, copilots, automation tools). • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc) • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and responsive design • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight Additional Information The Competencies You Bring • User-Centered Mindset: Deep empathy for users and a strong ability to advocate for their needs, particularly in complex or opaque systems. • Designing for AI & Automation: Ability to design experiences that make AI behavior understandable, trustworthy, and controllable for users. • Systems Thinking: Comfort designing end-to-end workflows that span human actions, automated agents, and system decisioning. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect user experience decisions to business outcomes. • Problem Solving: Comfort tackling ambiguous problems and breaking them down into actionable design steps. • Communication & Influence: Clear articulation of design rationale, AI trade-offs, and system behaviors to technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaboration: Strong partnership skills when working with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI stakeholders. • Ownership & Initiative: Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
