JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. This role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with Excellent attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with backend integration and RESTful API services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
• Experience with motion design tools or animation libraries.
  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Design, develop, and implement responsive web and mobile interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize user flows and interactions.
• Develop reusable and modular front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Ensure UI/UX designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent branding.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
