Senior UI/UX Engineer – Angular & ServiceNow

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in UI/UX design, portal development, and AngularJS-based web applications
  • Hands-on experience delivering user-centered solutions within complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development and integration is required

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid background in web development, particularly AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and building responsive interfaces.
  • Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing front-end performance.
  • Deep understanding of engineering Web Components within modern front-end frameworks, with a focus on AngularJS.
Responsibilities
  • UI/UX Design (Layout & Visualization): Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and visualizations that enhance the user experience applying UX best practices to ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
  • Development & Unit Testing: Contribute to the development of modular front-end components using Angular, ensuring technical alignment with UX designs. Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Bug Fixes: Participate in UAT sessions to validate both functionality and usability. Triage and resolve bugs or design issues identified during UAT, with a focus on enhancing both user experience and system performance.
  • Documentation & Deployment Support: Assist in creating and maintaining technical and design documentation, including design specifications and implementation guidelines. Support deployment activities by ensuring smooth handoff and communication across design, development, and operations teams.
