Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and user research through high-fidelity UI design Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interaction patterns and prototypes Design intuitive and engaging web and mobile digital products Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components and UI patterns Conduct and support user research, usability testing and design validation Translate business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams Work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UI Engineers and Developers Ensure designs are consistent, scalable and aligned with product and business objectives Support the handover of designs to development teams and collaborate throughout implementation Work within Agile product development environments

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience in end-to-end UX/UI and Product Design Strong proficiency in Figma Experience with user journeys, wireframing and prototyping Strong experience creating high-fidelity UI designs Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable components Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design and information architecture Experience with user research and usability testing Experience designing web and mobile products Strong understanding of human-centered design and design thinking Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UI Engineers and Developers Experience working in Agile environments Banking / Financial Services / Aviation experience is an advantage Experience with native mobile applications is an advantage Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred Ideal Candidate Senior Product Designers with strong Figma, UX/UI and end-to-end product design experience , with the ability to take products from discovery and user research through user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design .
