Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field such as Computer Science,
• Information Technology, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of hands-on experience of solution development with UiPath, including designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate various business processes
• Able to create migration & upgrade strategies for RPA infrastructure and solutions
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Strong knowledge of all ecosystem of UiPath products
• Able to build complex GUI automations, API-based automations, custom connectors, libraries of reusable components
• Advanced proctored certification in UiPath is an advantage
• Proven experience with at least one other RPA or API automation platform is mandatory
• Coding experience on Java will be a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and design efficient automation solutions
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and keep up with emerging technologies and trends in automation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skill

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA programs using UiPath for the client’s business automation needs
• Develop and integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring high-performance and reliability in automation workflows
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing solutions
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and design tailored solutions that integrate individual components of customer infrastructures
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure automations align with client expectations and business objectives
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals to support the adoption of RPA solutions
• Train stakeholders and users on implemented automation tools, ensuring effective utilization
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior colleagues
