This role involves working closely with product managers, engineers, and data/AI teams to create responsive, accessible, and scalable UIs that power high-impact products across various industries. Background: The ideal candidate is a product-focused UI/UX designer with: Experience designing user-friendly, data-rich interfaces Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries Ability to partner cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and AI teams Proficiency in both UX research and UI design tools Familiarity with front-end ecosystems and rapid prototyping Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs Design and maintain reusable components and design systems across multiple products Use prototyping and usability testing to validate ideas and guide design decisions Create responsive and accessible experiences for web and mobile platforms Work with front-end engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations Contribute to product discovery, roadmapping, and prioritization, ensuring design rationale is aligned with user needs and business goals Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Computer Science Or a related field Master’s degree is a plus Technical Skills / Tech Stack: Design Tools: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Material Design / Material UI Chakra UI kits Tailwind UI kits Front-end Familiarity: Next.js React TypeScript WebSockets Soft Skills: Business Storytelling Collaboration Communication Curiosity Expectation Management Problem Solving Stakeholder Engagement Work on cutting-edge AI and data-driven products with real-world impact Shape enterprise UI/UX standards and design systems from the ground up Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists Gain experience designing for data-rich and AI-integrated user experiences Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AI consultancy with regional and industry influence Drive UX decisions that affect major sectors like finance, healthcare, energy, and eGovernment
