Job Description Join Legal & General Asset Management as a Senior Unit Dealing Specialist, playing a key role in the delivery of an efficient, low‑risk unit‑dealing function across our pooled investment vehicle range. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and third‑party administrators to ensure the accurate and timely execution of orders, contributing to an environment where strong governance, collaboration, and excellent service are at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll be doing: Carrying out tasks to ensure accurate and timely execution and peer review of client orders for LGIM’s pooled fund range Overseeing inbound dashboards, executing scheduled orders, and managing order uploads Monitoring and facilitating repairs for outbound unit‑dealing workflows Reconciling order instruction workflows and signing off order completion and settlement releases to investors and fund managers Coordinating fund administration tasks including data management, reporting, and periodic reviews of operational procedures Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers to support team objectives and service quality Managing and directing the resolution of day‑to‑day queries to ensure accurate transactions and excellent customer service Reviewing controls, maintaining task lists, and supporting continuous enhancements to processes and ways of working Who we’re looking for: Strong technical experience across the unit‑dealing and client order‑management lifecycle Ability to follow policies and procedures effectively with strong risk‑management capability Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability Deep understanding of investment management activities, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Cash Management, Settlements and Custody Proven experience influencing and collaborating across teams, with strong stakeholder‑management skills A collaborative, people‑centred approach to service delivery and continuous improvement Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and changeable environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and logically Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
