JOB SUMMARY
The New York studio is seeking an experienced Senior Urban Planner/Designer to oversee complex urban design and master planning projects across North America, Middle East and internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, environmental and sustainability focus, and excellent communication and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shaping public spaces, transportation corridors, institutional precincts, and downtown revitalization efforts. Project-specific roles vary but can include leading land-use planning programming and yield strategies, development of framework/guideline implementation plans, local code compliance analysis, street-level urban design studies and sustainability and regenerative design principles.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from $105,000 - $135,000+, excluding profit share and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description.
