If this sounds like you, then we’d love to meet you! ➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO Support the UA Lead by coaching and developing assigned team members (1:1s, personal goals and growth plans, feedback, reviews, etc). Be a role-model operator: run ads across assigned markets and channels, optimising for scale, efficiency, and profitable growth. Manage 6-figure monthly acquisition budgets and use your analytical skills to drive improvements across CPI, CPP, ROAS. Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM to build a cohesive user journey from first click to purchase. Take initiative on broader growth and marketing projects that naturally arise in a fast-moving scale-up. ➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS 3+ years in performance marketing (ideally advertising apps) Minimum: experience mentoring others or a clear instinct and motivation for people development Proven experience with 6-figure monthly budgets and independently driving profitable growth. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into fast, confident decisions. Comfortable working with Tableau or other BI tools Experience working in a start-up / scale-up environment You are permitted to work in the EU/Austria You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city! ➤ NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!) Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Outbrain, or other paid channels Success improving conversion on website landing pages or App Store / Play Store (including CPPs). Responsibilities
The Senior User Acquisition Manager will support the UA Lead by coaching team members and managing user acquisition campaigns. They will also run ads, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the user journey.
