Our portfolio includes multiple utility and consumer apps with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, monetization, and data-driven growth. We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer to fully own paid acquisition for our mobile app portfolio. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering strategy, execution, optimization, creative direction, and scaling. Responsibilities Own the full UA lifecycle (A–Z) for mobile apps Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns Own budgets, bidding strategies, scaling, and optimization Drive creative strategy and testing frameworks Manage freelancers supporting UA execution Analyze CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and funnels Test and open new acquisition channels Collaborate with product and monetization teams Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition / media buying Proven experience promoting mobile apps Hands-on expertise in owning, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition specifically for mobile apps on at least one major paid social platform, including Facebook (Meta), TikTok, or Snapchat Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making Ability to work independently with full ownership
