Ship4wd is a tech-led global freight forwarder shaping the future of global trade for SMBs. We offer a digital platform for instant quotes, booking, managing, and tracking shipments with transparent pricing. As we scale in the U.S. market, performance-driven growth is a core business lever. This is a high-impact, hands-on growth role. You will own acquisition and funnel performance end-to-end, from strategy to execution. Work closely with Creative, Content, Email Marketing, Pre-Sales and Product to drive scalable, measurable growth across a B2SMB PLG-led funnel. What You’ll Do • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across key channels (Google-primary, Meta, LinkedIn and additional platforms) • Manage daily campaign optimization, budgets and pacing against core KPIs (scale, CPA, CAC, etc) • Optimize the full funnel. • Build and execute a structured testing roadmap (creative, messaging, LPs, offers, audience strategies). • Ensure clean measurement and attribution. • Identify new growth opportunities (channels, formats, partnerships, automation) • Deliver clear weekly/monthly performance insights and next steps Requirements What We’re Looking For • 4–5 years of hands-on growth / performance marketing experience • Experience in B2B / B2SMB, Ecommerce (U.S. market - strong advantage) • Proven ability to manage and scale paid budgets tied to business KPIs. • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on ownership of reporting and a clear, consistent link to business and revenue KPIs. • High ownership and independent execution. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. • Hybrid work model - 4 days per week from our vibrant Herzliya office • Direct reporting to the CMO
