Responsibilities

BOUT THE ROLE

As part of the FIT group, the Platform Services teams focus on the foundational functionalities of our entire product suite. The foundational services include authentication and identity lifecycle management, and the efficient management of roles, licenses, and access, enabling a reliable and scalable platform.
A
s a Senior User Experience Designer in this area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise-grade process platform, directly contributing to the success and growth of SAP Signavio.
In this role, you will be joining to lead and support, from a design and user experience perspective, the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with a Product Manager, Development Manager, and a Tech Lead to ensure the desirability and usability of our product.

HAT YOU WILL DO:

  • oin Platform Services and lead the discovery and improvement of end-to-end customer experiences, collaborating with product teams. Your contributions will ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience for our foundational services.C
  • ollaborate with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Tech Leads, and fellow Designers across our product teams to define and drive the UI/UX strategy for our foundational services. You’ll ensure alignment with our product suite vision and strategic objectives (e.g. consistent UX and software reuse).B
  • e an evangelist and advocate of product standards and design best practices while helping us to adopt, improve and contribute to the evolution of our suite.M
  • aintain a curious mindset, embracing creativity, innovation, and change, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.B
  • e accountable for ensuring the solution is usable, i.e., users can truly experience the product’s value. Take ownership for identifying the usability risks and come up with mitigation plan.I
