Shape the Future of UX Design As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will thrive on challenges, quickly make sense of complexity, and advocate for high-quality design under fast-moving conditions. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for: Designing complex workflows with clarity: Deliver polished, intuitive UI flows that reduce friction for advanced enterprise users. Working closely with Product and Engineering partners to ship effective solutions in a busy release cycle Identifying gaps, propose patterns, and strengthen consistency across multiple security products. Championing design practices, coach peers, and make the case for design decisions to stakeholders Ensuring designs are both pragmatic for engineering delivery and thoughtful in interaction and visual execution. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 5-8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design or a related field Have interaction and visual design skills, able to unify complex workflows into clear, modern interfaces. Demonstrate proficiency with Figma, design systems, and reusable components. Have the ability to analyze workflows, spot gaps, then design scalable solutions that integrate with broader systems. Demonstrate storytelling and communication skills, with confidence presenting to technical and executive audiences. Be detail-oriented, with a knack for connecting logic, states, and edge cases into cohesive designs.
