We are the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platform in Europe with the mission to enrich life through listening. We are now looking for an exceptional Senior UX Researcher to join our incredible product team.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A strong professional toolbox within UX research/design
  • 7+ years of qualitative and quantitative research experience supporting product development, such as UX research, consumer insights, or design research
  • You are familiar with general quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests, and are able to synthesize and connect quantitative data with qualitative data.
  • A clear, demonstrable record of applying various research methods to solve complex business problems and deliver business impact
  • Track record of collaborating with diverse teams toward a common goal
  • Effective verbal and written communication style distilling multi-method research reports into understandable, compelling, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Hands-on international research experience
  • Professional working proficiency in German, Dutch, Danish or Spanish
    Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
Responsibilities

THIS IS THE ROLE

Does researching how users interact with audio & video content, listening habits, and subscription products sound exciting to you? Are you eager to be the voice of our listeners and content creators and help shape our product and business strategy?
Your primary job will be to gain an exceptional understanding of our users (including future ones!), their preferences, and behaviors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative research projects with a demonstrable impact on a global scale.
You will be responsible for defining, leading, analyzing, and presenting research studies that generate insights to empower product and business decisions across the company. You’ll work in cross-functional squads who are passionate about delivering the most engaging and innovative content experiences across the main pillars of our product: user growth, activation and listening.
Furthermore, you will work with other product managers, engineering managers, researchers and data scientists to uncover strategic and foundational research areas.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead research projects (generative and evaluative) that generate insights to inform product and commercial strategies
  • Present research projects to stakeholders and ensure that knowledge is stored in an accessible and organized way.
  • Explore and identify new innovative opportunities to grow user engagement and growthYou will be high-touch and hands-on with all aspects of the research process
