The Role: Senior User Research Consultant - 12 Month FTC (Mat Cover)
Location: UK-based hybrid, with offices in Bournemouth, Bristol, London and Manchester you can work from either

• Lead and manage user research projects throughout the 12-month contract, ensuring timely delivery of insights
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, analyze data, and present findings to diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user research into design processes
• Create detailed research plans, including usability tests and user interviews, while ensuring participant recruitment and logistics
• Mentor junior researchers and help foster a culture of user-centered design across teams
• Proactively stay updated with advancements in UX research and share learnings with the team
