We are looking for a highly qualified UX designer with a strong background in digital transformation. Reporting to the Lead UX/CX, you will work closely with our project manager to make decisions that will impact the company's current and future operations.

The UX designer will be involved in structuring design projects, focusing on the design and evolution of user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• To be the company's structural expert, particularly regarding the design thinking methodology used, while also monitoring trends in human experience optimization.
• Auditing and implementing user-centric best practices in the creation and optimization of digital experiences
• Design the structural architecture of the various projects while ensuring continuous iterative optimization
• Advise and act as a design expert for team members by providing ergonomic and functional guidance to ensure the qualitative progress of projects.
• Maintain a customer-centric perspective and help ensure fast and effective delivery in terms of cost and quality
