The role The Bays West Delivery Authority is charged with creating Sydney’s newest precinct, , within 2km of the Sydney CBD. A thriving, connected, sustainable hub with White Bay Power Station as its cultural heart and well connected by the new Metro West line. Its vision is to build on the area’s natural cultural and industrial history to shape a vibrant neighbourhood combining new housing with public open space and opening access to the waterfront for the first time in more than 100 years. The Senior Utilities and Delivery Lead plays a critical part in ensuring the essential services and infrastructure behind the Bays West vision are delivered successfully and sustainably. You’ll support and manage the delivery of complex utilities and infrastructure projects across the full development lifecycle – from early planning through to construction. Working with government, industry and community stakeholders, you’ll help coordinate critical inputs, manage procurement and contracts, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards. This role suits someone who can understand both detail and the bigger picture, balance governance, risk and commercial outcomes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
