About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the UX process from discovery and research through to final delivery. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing. Translate business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Develop and maintain scalable design systems. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders onsite. Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics. Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital platforms. 5+ years of experience in UX design. Proven track record of delivering complex digital products (web and/or mobile). Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, research, and measurable impact. Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of usability standards and accessibility best practices. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi for the full contract duration.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Designer will lead the entire user experience design process, from initial discovery and research through to final delivery of digital solutions. Key duties include conducting user research, creating necessary design artifacts like user journeys and prototypes, and developing scalable design systems.
