Co-Developement Business Unit is hiring for Senior UX Designer Internal Code: A25219 This is a 1-year contract role. (There is possibility for further extension) What will you do? Ensure end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements. Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. Ensure visual consistency and polish across products, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability. Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and solicit feedback for refinement. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality, advocating for UX best practices throughout the process. What are we looking for? 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Proficient in user-centred design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Advanced skills in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design thinking and updates. Strong understanding in user research methodologies, data-driven design, and iterative processes. Experience in facilitating workshops and driving design initiatives. Experience working in an Agile environment. What do we offer in return?
