Description

4-5 years of professional design experience. More than just years, we value the work you’ve done and how you’ve done it.
Deep expertise in all facets of human-centered design and user experience, including UX strategy, interaction design, user research, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption.
Strong ability to communicate conceptual ideas, design details, and rationale both verbally and visually.
Experience in product development, driving design from planning to release.
Proven experience designing interfaces for physical products and apps across different platforms.
Track record of successful collaboration with developers, applying an iterative approach to improve digital products at every stage.
Demonstrated visual design skill, especially in the construction of visual hierarchies on layouts, and attention to detail on typography, spacing, and colors.
On top of the latest digital trends and process methodologies.
Comfort with common front-end / UX technologies with a desire to learn more.
Proficiency with Figma and emerging AI tools a plus.
