As a Senior UX Designer, you will drive the design and user experience for our Robotics, mapping, and data analytics solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts, to craft intuitive and impactful experiences for our users. By combining user and market research, product analytics, and a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, you’ll create innovative products that not only meet user needs but also drive meaningful impact and transform our customers lives.

• Lead Design Strategy and Execution: Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to detailed implementation, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across our robotics and data analytics platforms.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centred, intuitive designs that simplify complex interactions, while managing priorities across teams
• Drive User-Centric Research: Conduct user research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, and incorporate these findings into data-driven design decisions.
• Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Create and manage design guidelines and component libraries to maintain consistency and streamline workflows across mobile and desktop applications.
• Mentor and Inspire the Design Team: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.
• Advocate for UX and Shape Product Strategy: Champion the importance of UX across the organization, influencing stakeholders and driving the UX agenda to support product goals and improve overall user experience.
